Eric did a wonderful job helping me. A true professional, he was very patient, and kind - and provided great input. I believe these are the best characteristics for a realtor to have while representing a client. He was quick to answer his phone and call back if he was on another call.

Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond from start to finish throughout our home buying journey. He was very knowledgeable and had great insight into the local market and neighborhoods. Eric was always responsive (even when we bugged him probably earlier/later than we should have!) and a breeze to communicate with. We were buying a home during the summer of 2022. It was clearly a sellers market at the time with home prices climbing at a relentless pace, very little inventory on the market, and bidding wars seemingly the norm. A frustrating time to buy a house to say the least. Yet, today I’m writing this review from a home we love in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in our area (with no bidding war!). That’s not luck. It’s testament to the magic Eric worked for us as an agent. From the proficiency in getting showings done and paperwork submitted, down to the amazing negotiating with the sellers/agent, he was able to make all the stars align to get us the perfect home.

Eric was wonderful. He went above and beyond in helping me sell my house. Eric was profesional, knowledgeable and negotiated a higher price than I was originally going to ask. Lastly, he was patient with and highly responsive to my concerns. I highly recommend Eric!
